I love this nuance - when I talk about consent, I mean personal consent. Not consent over another's behavior. I hadn't thought of it from that direction.

As far a different ethics go, I agree-ish. I do think there are many different ways to be ethical - some of which may contradict someone else's idea of ethics.

Still, there are absolutely dynamics that are just unethical. Being open to differing opinions does not mean condoning all opinions!
